The Asda website sells everything you could think of to live a fulfilled life. Everything from food to holidays. A lot of what they sell is at discounted prices, all delivered to your door with regular special offers to choose from. the customer service from the delivery men is excellent however i got quite abit of fresh meat and 75% of it was dated that day so i had to freeze it i wasnt happy and my eggs were smashed |

i have used asda for online shopping for several weeks now i have had over 100 bags somtimes only one item in each bag surley the food can be deliverd straight in to the containers they are delivered in to save on the plasic bags i can speak for many of my online shoppers |

had two orders online now.
the first time a bit of a hitch,the second time not too bad at all with my favourites down which is an excellent idea.
being a disabled family the service is excellent,delivery excellent,driver helpful & good mannered.you dont see much of manners on people today?
keep up the great work for everyone?
cant fault you at all.you get a few hiccups but today not all of us are perfect?

love the shop good value, only down side that they show large size bras, but never have any in stock, and i traveled to 4 stores, 2 were superstores and they didn't have any. so if stock goes that quick, put more stock in.... please |

First time I have shopped on line. Very good service, pleasant delivery driver. Delivery within time stated. Unfortunately it required 16 carrier bags to deliver the £51's worth of goods to my door.I am trying to eliminate plastic bags - having bought several cloth bags from my usual store, perhaps you may give a thought to this problem!. Being a busy Mum it takes all the hassle and stress out of shopping. 1st class service, always on-time, I've never had any damages or squashed items, delivery staff always friendly, helpful and polite. Asda have just started to deliver in Gloucester. I had my first delivery last Sunday and it was perfect. I have a large family and I, therefore, had a large order. Everything was 'spot on'; substituted goods were absolutely fine and fully detailed by the driver and on the receipt; all fresh produce was well within the sell-by/use-by date; all items were expertly packed and nothing was damaged. The website is first-class; easy to use and no problems getting a delivery slot. The delivery was within the 2-hour timeslot - with a telephone call 10 minutes before arrival. I cannot fault this service. Excellent choice of products, superb service all-round.

This is my first purchase. From ordering to delivery took 22HOURS !!! You can't get better than that. Tracking spot on. Logistics spot on. Not necessarly the cheapest but cost is not everything. Will definitely deal again. 100% satisified. Eat your heart out Littlewoods ??? |
